Recreation Leader, Senior Recreation Leader & Recreation Specialist
Opportunities in the following areas:
Hawks, ages 4 – 6, experience the thrill and fascination of the world of nature by exploring its wonders. There will be nature walks, crafts, games, folklore and storytelling, group singing and much more.
Eagles, similar to the Hawks program for 7-10 year olds, but more high energy and outdoor activities. Eagles have weekly field trips, Carlmont Pool as well as other creative, age appropriate activities.
Extended Hours Camp: Offers structured activities before and after the Eagles and Hawks.
Counselor in Training: Work with Junior High and High School volunteers, teach them leadership skills, get them involved in activities.
- Be enthusiastic and enjoy working outdoors and with children.
- Come with ideas for summer activities and willingness to participate and lead activities.
- Must be available for paid training June 13 – June 16 (dates may change).
- Must be available from June 18 – August 10, with weekends off.
This is a casual position without benefits.
State of California law requires fingerprinting of potential employees and volunteers who will have direct contact with children prior to beginning employment.
