The position requires excellent legal research and writing skills; command of rules of evidence and civil procedure; comprehensive analysis of claims and defenses, and a demonstrated ability to execute appropriate discovery, motion, and trial strategies with effective written and oral advocacy. Trial experience is desirable. Current admission to the California State Bar is required.
