DEFINITION:
Under supervision of the Recreation Supervisor, to plan, organize, implement, and evaluate the Teens Helping Seniors program. Teens Helping Seniors serves Woodland by providing young volunteers to assist with general housework or yardwork to seniors in the community over the summer break.

Under supervision of the Recreation Supervisor or Coordinator; to plan, organize, implement, and evaluate the Summertime Fun Club or Summer Teen Pack program. Our Summer Camps serve Woodland by providing fun and safe activities for youth and teens in the community over the summer break.

SUMMERTIME FUN CLUB/SUMMER TEEN PACK:
Under direct supervision of the Special Program Coordinator, provides fun and safe activities for youth and teens. Hiring for summer camp positions.
Ideal Candidate:
The Ideal Candidate must have experience supervising youth or teens in a recreational environment. The candidate should be comfortable supervising staff/volunteers, scheduling daily activities, and communicating clearly and concisely both orally and in writing. Knowledge of basic emergency and safety procedures is needed. Excellent attendance is essential.
Activity Leader I / II (20467860)
Under direct supervision of the Special Program Coordinator, provides fun and safe activities pre-teens 6th through 8th grade. Hiring for summer camp positions ASAP!
Ideal Candidate:
The Ideal Candidate will desire working with youth or teens in a recreational environment. The candidate should be comfortable leading a group of youth or teens through arts & craft projects and field games. We are seeking individuals that communicate clearly and show excellent attendance.

Duties & Responsibilities:

*Effective July 2024, this position will receive a 2.5% base salary increase.

Reporting to the Director of Administrative Services, the Management Analyst (Risk Management) provides professional support to risk management programs including: workers' compensation, safety compliance, review and approval of contracts and Certificates of Insurance, risk transfer, and leave and disability administration.

Under general supervision, the Swim Instructor's Aide assists in teaching swim lessons to persons of all ages. Some evening and weekend hours may be required. Mandatory pre-season in-service training sessions will be held in June.
