This position receives ride requests and quickly and efficiently organizes, schedules and routes Readi-Ride bus requests; operates equipment to relay requests to drivers; reads maps and assists drivers with directions and alternative routes; assists in collecting information related to the operation of the transit system; works closely with Transit Supervisor to ensure routes are properly scheduled; and performs related duties.
