The Human Resources Department is seeking well qualified candidates for the position of HRIM /Workday Application Support Analyst II. We are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our Human Resources Information Management /Workday team.

As the HRIM /Workday Application Support Analyst II, you will collaborate and consult with colleagues in various departments to understand business and functional drivers across all Workday HR modules. Your responsibilities will include hands-on configuration of Workday features, security, development of reports and dashboards, and provision of sound solutions to support end-to-end business processes. Qualifications

Experience/Education:

• 3-5 years of proven Workday expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting business process and security solutions.
• Workday Pro certification in a relevant area is preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology or an equivalent field of study, is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Proven experience leading multiple end-to-end Workday projects and implementing solutions for operational improvements and automation.
• Knowledge of basic and advanced security configuration including Workday delivered and custom based security roles based on the organization.
• Thorough knowledge of various security group types (role based, user based, segment based, etc.) and how they are applied in the system.
• Thorough understanding of Workday business process configurations.
• Ability to build and modify custom Workday reports and calculated fields.
• Experience in creating, loading, and troubleshooting EIBs.

THE JOB

The Labor & Employee Relations Manager will play a crucial role in fostering positive relationships between the City and its workforce. • Provide staff support in complex, sensitive, or difficult human resources related assignments requiring a high level of independent judgment, strong analytical skills, and sophisticated knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and contractual agreements.

Minimum Qualifications:

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

Any combination equivalent to experience and education that could likely provide the required knowledge and abilities would be qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be:

Experience: Five (5) years of increasingly responsible Human Resources management experience including assignments in the areas of recruitment, selection, classification, training, compensation, employee and labor relations, worker's compensation and safety administration, and employee benefits or other pertinent job-related areas, including two (2) years of supervisory or lead experience.

Education: Equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in human resources, business, or public administration or closely related field.

Some positions, depending on the nature of the work, also require a credit check and a review of Summary Criminal History obtained from the State Department of Justice through Live Scan Fingerprinting.
