The City of Pacifica is a beautiful coastal community, just south of San Francisco with an exciting opportunity for Financial professionals. Currently, the City is recruiting for Account Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will have basic experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and strong customer service skills.
Administrative Technician (FLSA Non-Exempt) – This is the entry level role in the administrative service department.
Receives general supervision from the Finance Manager and the Administrative Services Director, and may receive functional or technical supervision from other higher-level department staff.
The employee will process accounting transactions, including cash receipts and disbursements, payroll, and journal entries.
The actual salary shall be determined by the final candidate’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the starting salary, employees in the Program Manager classification shall also receive an approximate five percent (5%) ongoing non-pensionable compensation pay.
