We are looking for a talented and experienced professional to be an Executive Assistant to support the City Manager and Assistant City Manager. We are seeking a candidate with experience supporting high-level executives within an organization. Someone with the ability to act on the behalf of multiple executives, handling communication, scheduling, and other administrative tasks in support of operations in the Office of the City Manager.
This Internship is offered as part of a Regional Internship Partnership to introduce and encourage new graduates to local municipal governments. The Town of Los Altos Hills hopes that internships like this will serve as a platform to connect a diverse student population with agencies that recognize their value and provide important opportunities for applicants to bring fresh ideas while gaining valuable hands-on experience in the public sector.
