The City of Thousand Oaks has an outstanding job opportunity for individuals with media and television experience who are interested in working in video production for award-winning TOTV. The City is currently accepting applications to fill one part-time position in TOTV. The schedule is flexible and may average approximately 20 hours per week. This position requires technical training on in-house production systems.
The City is currently accepting applications to fill several part-time, hourly positions to work in the theatres at the Civic Arts Plaza. Under the direction of the Technical Directors and the theatre department leads, the Stage Workers assist with a variety of tasks related to theatre operations and maintenance. The schedule will involve working up to 19 hours per week, depending on assignment. The schedule includes working nights, weekends, and holidays. On occasion, the position may involve working additional hours in a week.

This hourly position is not in Civil Service and does not receive benefits.
Under direction, the Video Technician assists with the development of television programming and operates a variety of video production equipment for live cablecasts of public meetings and for preparation and playback of pre-recorded video programs and performs other work as required.
