Tri-City is actively recruiting for one (1) special individual to serve as a Quality Improvement Supervisor for the Quality Assurance (QA) Team. The Quality Improvement Supervisor will report to the Manager of Best Practices.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS - Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Operate and maintain the wastewater treatment plant, lift stations, collection and distribution system equipment and facilities to control the flow and processing of effluent wastewater.
Inspect and troubleshoot the wastewater treatment plant, lift stations, collection and distribution system equipment and facilities to determine needed operational changes, repairs and maintenance; and may act on that information.
The Human Resources Specialist provides support to the Human Resources Division, under the direction of the Human Resources Manager to perform paraprofessional and administrative work related to Human Resources. This position is a temporary, non-benefited, at-will position working 20 hours per week.
