The actual salary shall be determined by the final candidate’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the starting salary, employees in the Senior Construction Inspector classification shall also receive an approximate five percent (5%) ongoing non-pensionable compensation pay.
The City of Patterson’s Public Works Department is seeking to fill one (1) full-time Public Works Inspector I, II or III position. Duties include but are not limited to: inspecting and evaluating City maintained improvements, new construction, and modifications, of various municipal and private structures such as utilities, storm, sewer, concrete structures and paving for conformance with specifications and regulations.

CHIEF EQUIPMENT MECHANIC
$5,128 - $6,234/mo. + excellent benefits
DEFINITION: Under general supervision from the Public Works Manager, leads skilled and semi-skilled mechanics in the most difficult and complex vehicle and equipment maintenance and repair work; and personally makes the most complex mechanical repairs to automotive, diesel, and other power driven equipment. The incumbent exercises functional and technical supervision over lower level, equipment maintenance staff.
