The City of Gilroy is recruiting a college intern to work in the Human Resources and Risk Management Department. The intern will participate and work with the Human Resources and Risk Management staff on a variety of tasks including updating related policies and forms, assist with recruiting activities, and performing research.
The Human Resources Director is looking for a highly qualified Human Resources Analyst to assist with the day-to-day operations of department programs to include recruitment and selection, policy development and implementation, classification and compensation, labor relations and risk management.
The City of Salinas Police Department is interested in filling this temporary position. Temporary employees may not exceed a maximum of 25 hours per week and 1,000 hours per fiscal year (from July 1 – June 30).
NOTE: This position may be assigned to work weekends and holidays. Any prospective candidate will need to pass a background investigation before being hired by the Salinas Police Department.
