Under general direction, the Program Administrator (Contracts Supervisor) plans, organizes, supervises, and coordinates the procurement by contract of professional consultant services (architectural-engineering "A/E" and non-A/E consultants) and specialized District activities, and coordinates and oversees contract administration activities.
