This position is responsible assisting with the development, coordination and administration of the City's Workers' Compensation Program including facilitating claims investigations and serving as the liaison between the City, injured worker and third-party administrator in workers' compensation related issues.

This position performs a variety of professional administrative and confidential support functions for the Assistant General Manager and his/her staff. Woodside Fire Protection District offers an exceptional Cadet Program for individuals interested in a career in the Fire Service. Cadets gain hands-on experience participating in training and public service events. Cadets work 24-hour shifts and ride-along on emergency calls.
Woodside Cadets will work and be involved in:
Emergency calls, firefighter training, public education events, fire prevention, station duties, CERPP, CPR/first aid training. They must also meet monthly hour requirements and attend monthly training drills.
