DEFINITION
Under the general supervision of a Librarian II, Librarian III or Library Services Manager, this position is responsible for coordinating a library program area such as Circulation, Programming, Outreach and Marketing, or Technology Support and Training. This is the highest level of the Library Assistant series and is distinguished from the next lower class by the higher level of responsibility, including coordinating services system-wide and training and supervising staff.

DEFINITION:
Under general direction of Recreation Supervisor and Recreation Program Coordinator, the Community and Recreation Program Specialist will assist in coordinating and implementing various community and recreation programs as well as assist with office duties, facility responsibilities, and perform related work as assigned.

Under general supervision of the Program Coordinator, staff is responsible for planning and implementing daily age-appropriate activities including crafts, games, songs, drama, storytelling, and supervised play.
