The position will be responsible for Development Engineering. The selected candidate will work with developers and their engineers reviewing proposed development plans, issuing “will-serve” letters, determining development conditions and creating development agreements on all development projects within the City. The engineer will insure that public improvements meet all City standards. Experience either as a municipal development engineer or as a consultant working on development projects is desirable. The position will be filled at one of the following levels:

This position will be focused primarily on analyzing water data, water rate studies, capital projects and legislation; implementing programs in compliance with legislation. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong program management and analytical skills.
The salary range for Senior Analyst is $88,088.00 - $107,328.00 annually with the actual salary determined by the final candidate’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the starting salary, employees in the Senior Analyst classification shall also receive an approximate five percent (5%) ongoing non-pensionable compensation pay.
