The County of Yuba is currently recruiting for the position of Health & Human Services Education Supervisor in the Health and Human Services Department. The current vacancy exists in the Communication & Engagement Team. The incumbent will plan, organize, coordinate, and supervise assigned staff; develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate programs; ensure quality client-centered services in accordance with HHS policies and procedures; and perform related work as assigned. This is the supervisory level in the education series and reports directly to the HHS Program Manager.
This position performs a variety of work in the monitoring of county, state and federal detainees and maintains the security and safety of inmates and staff.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This position will perform a variety of responsible law enforcement and crime prevention work, including patrolling assigned areas, answering calls and complaints, investigating crimes, serving civil papers, and providing court room security; enforce all federal and state laws and local ordinances related to public safety and welfare.
