POOL MANAGER
Under the direct supervision of the Aquatics Supervisor and the Aquatics Coordinator, the Pool Manager provides supervision of pool activities, pool staff, American Red Cross Learn-to-Swim Program, and assigns work schedules to staff. Some evening and weekend hours are required. Training, pre-season preparation and post-season evaluations require additional time. Mandatory pre-season manager training and all staff in-service training sessions will be held prior to the season beginning.

Under general supervision, the Lifeguard provides a safe environment for all types of aquatic programs. The Lifeguard prevents loss of life or injury to patrons and at all times performs related maintenance duties. Some evening and weekend hours are required.
