THE POSITION
The City of Brisbane is currently recruiting certified Lifeguards for our beautiful year-round outdoor aquatic facility. Lifeguards patrol and watch the activities in and around the community swimming pool, enforce regulations to prevent accidents, and rescue swimmers in distress. This position is responsible for driving a City owned vehicle to transport Belmont Residents to and from the Belmont Senior and Community Center. The incumbent may perform other tasks as assigned by Parks & Rec/Senior Center Staff.

THE POSITION
Join us this summer season for a fun and engaging employment opportunity as a Senior Lifeguard to support the City of Rocklin's upcoming aquatic program and activities taking place at the Rocklin High School pool.
This class is distinguished from the Lifeguard by overall program responsibilities, training and experience. Senior Lifeguards serve as the Lead Lifeguard in providing technical and functional direction over Lifeguards.
The City of Brisbane is currently accepting applications for Recreation Leader Aide. Under the direct supervision of the Recreation Coordinator or Recreation Supervisor, assists in implementing and facilitating well-rounded programs in youth after-school programs, teen programming, day camps, sports leagues, playgroups, special events, and senior events at designated recreation facilities; and maintains a safe and enjoyable environment for recreation program participants. This position involves face-to-face leadership and considerable contact with youth aged 5 to 15 years.
The City of Dixon is preparing for the 2024 Aquatic season and is recruiting qualified Lifeguard/ Swim Instructor I/II applicants.
Under the direction of the Recreation Supervisor and Senior Lifeguard/Swim Instructor, Lifeguard/Swim Instructor performs a variety of duties to ensure the City of Dixon swimming pool is a safe and enjoyable aquatic facility. Supervises pool patrons, enforces pool rules, performs first aid and emergency rescues, instructs swim lessons, performs cashiering duties, leads recreational activities; performs related and other work as required.
