The Office of Retirement Services is seeking a Department Information Technology Manager (“IT Manager”) who is an experienced, creative, and knowledgeable information technology professional. The ideal IT Manager will have the ability to translate business needs into IT solutions. Candidates should possess superior long-term planning and project implementation experience and a commitment to high quality, effective customer service.
Under general direction, the Program Administrator (Contracts Supervisor) plans, organizes, supervises, and coordinates the procurement by contract of professional consultant services (architectural-engineering "A/E" and non-A/E consultants) and specialized District activities, and coordinates and oversees contract administration activities. The incumbent works on contracts that are highly complex and sensitive in nature, where substantial judgment and initiative are essential in making recommendations and resolving problems.
