Woodside Cadets will work and be involved in:
Emergency calls, firefighter training, public education events, fire prevention, station duties, CERPP, CPR/first aid training. They must also meet monthly hour requirements and attend monthly training drills.

This safety position will respond to fire alarms, emergency medical calls, traffic accidents, rescue and other emergency calls to protect life and property. This position will also participate in trainings, drills, study activities and in the maintenance of the department apparatus, equipment, and facilities. Under the supervision of the Fire Engineer or Fire Captain, performs ALS care to patients of medical emergencies and other medical procedures. Performs other duties as required.
