The Chico Area Recreation and Park District (CARD) is looking for an HR / Payroll Specialist to fill a newly created position. The ideal candidate will have strong people, organizational and time-management skills. Understand the importance of internal and external customer service. Demonstrated success in applying and maintaining HR and payroll policies and procedures, problem solving and communication.
