The City of Rocklin is looking for two Senior Maintenance Workers to assist in the Streets Division of the Public Services Department. The work schedule will be based on the needs of the department working no more than 28 hours per week, not to exceed 999 hours in a fiscal year (July 1st through June 30th). This is a temporary at-will position and does not offer benefits.
The County of Yuba is currently recruiting for the position of Real Property Appraiser I/II/III in the Assessor’s Office. This deep professional class is a flexibly staffed position in the Real Property Appraiser series. The primary duties of the classification is to analyze, inspect and appraise real property for taxation purposes. Real Property Appraiser I is the entry-level class. Initially under close supervision, incumbents begin in a learning capacity, performing the more standard appraisals.
