We are seeking a customer service driven IT professional for our full-time Information Technology Technician II position, which will provide a variety of technical and information systems support and training throughout the library system.

Under general direction of the Information Technology Manager, this position is responsible for troubleshooting computer-related problems; installing, customizing, implementing and maintaining software, hardware and network configurations, and various systems; developing and delivering technical training related to the public services function; providing support for desktop computer applications, Internet/Intranet, self-service portals, web based applications, and email systems; participating in planning, designing, implementing, testing, and supporting new or modified automation systems; researching and reviewing new software and hardware; performing other duties as assigned.

THE POSITION

The Clinical Therapist I/II position for the ATC team will appeal to individuals who are interested in assisting participants and clients with enrolling into mental health services and getting the support they need.  We are looking for individuals inspired by challenges and opportunities presented in working with an engaged and active community.  The Clinical Therapist I/II will report to a Clinical Supervisor or Clinical Program Manager.

This position is responsible for a variety of ongoing responsibilities including, but not limited to:

• Conduct same day biopsychosocial assessments with both adults and/or children and carry no caseload;

• Will formulate a differential diagnosis concerning the nature of the mental health challenge;

• Create treatment plans and complete all necessary Electronic Health Record documentation;

• Perform screenings, linkage to resources and provide crisis interventions and crisis assessments;

• Work on a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery and ensure Network Adequacy;

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and must have excellent attendance;

THE POSITION

Tri-City is looking for a special individual to serve as a Clinical Therapist I/II for the Children’s Full Service Partnership/Children and Transitional Age Youth (FSP/ C TAY). The Clinical Therapist I/II provides behavioral health clinical intervention and recovery services to assigned clients and their families; develops treatment plans and performs individual, group, and family psychotherapeutic counseling, routine and emergency assessment, crisis intervention, and related treatment services; manages an assigned caseload of adults, juveniles, and/or children; provides consultation to other staff, programs, and agencies related to treatment needs and plans; and performs related duties as assigned.

This position is responsible for a variety of ongoing responsibilities including, but not limited to:

• Provides individual, group, and family interventions, rehabilitation, and treatment services including counseling, therapy, case management, and referral and linkage to community services to a variety of clients including high acuity clients.

• Within scope of authority, assesses, diagnoses, and treats a variety of clients with mental health disorders; collaborates with clients and creates individualized treatments plans according to client’s needs and circumstances.

• Initiates and conducts individual, group, and family counseling and biopsychosocial therapy sessions utilizing a variety of techniques and modalities; provides case management services in the office and in the field.

• Performs routine and emergency intake evaluations according to Authority procedure; completes appropriate forms and documents relating to the intake process; and prepares medical and demographic case history for use in diagnosis.

• Assists clients and family members in understanding behavioral health diagnosis, contributing factors/causes, effects, prognosis, rehabilitation, and treatment.

• Works with clients to address stressors and barriers to treatment and/or social functioning; identifies and focuses on client strengths and personal resources to effectively engage and treat client.

The City of Auburn is hiring a Finance Technician in the City's Finance Department. This is a newly added position to the department and we are looking for an experienced and dynamic finance professional to join our team!

This position will primarily focus on payroll. Upon hire, the incumbent will jump right into learning the City's payroll processes and work regularly with human resources each payroll. In addition to payroll, the incumbent will perform work in various finance and accounting duties of the department.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Finance Technician works under general supervision of the Finance Director to perform a variety of clerical and technical accounting work; including assisting in the preparation, maintenance and processing of accounting records and financial transactions related to payroll, licensing, accounts payable and accounts receivable; assisting in budget preparation and monitoring; verify balances and adjust accounts; prepares various fiscal reports and provide information and assistance to City staff and the general public.

This is the entry-level professional class in the Finance series. CLIENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST I/II

DEFINITION:

Under general direction, manages and directs the Accounting Division of the Finance Department, including the budget development process and preparation of the budget book; budget monitoring, analysis and reporting; short- and long-range fiscal forecasting; ensuring adherence to financial policies and procedures; and capital planning.  The Accounting Manager trains and evaluates assigned staff.

CLASS CHARACTERISITICS:

This is a single position classification at the managerial level in the Finance Department responsible for managing the budget and accounting functions. The Accounting Manager has a broad range of independence within policy and procedural limitations and works under minimal supervision. The incumbent is accountable to the Finance Director for the quality and efficiency of services directed.  The Accounting Manager is expected to provide resources, system support, and oversight to all subordinate professional and paraprofessional staff. This position is responsible for the successful planning and implementation of the citywide budget process and the day-to-day accounting operations.  

EXAMPLES OF DUTIES (illustrative only):

• Plan, organize, direct and evaluate the activities of the Accounting Division including general accounting, accounts payable and payroll.
• Recommend the appointment of personnel; provide or coordinate staff training; conduct performance evaluations; work with employees on performance issues; and implement disciplinary procedures.
• Prepare, review and maintain journal entries and general ledger postings and supporting financial records and supervise the maintenance of the General Ledger.           

• Conduct and coordinate the annual audit and serve as the liaison between the City and the external auditors, provide requested information and necessary documentation for completion of the audit, and ensure timely completion of the audit, State Controller’s Office reports and other compliance reports as required.
• Oversee reconciliations of the City’s financial activities including bank accounts and investments, month-end and year-end close processes and prepare related reports.
• Plan and implement citywide budget process and related fiscal programs.
• Effectively communicate budget preparation calendar and information needs, capabilities, and limitations as well as budget policies, procedures and outcomes to departments, city officials, citizens, and other interested parties.
• Project citywide personnel costs on an annual basis and as needed.
• Monitor the City’s budget, perform budget analysis, prepare quarterly budget status reports, develop financial and capital plans, and prepare short- and long-range financial forecasts.
• Research and implement new budget initiatives that increase the usefulness and clarity of budget presentations and maximize staff efficiency.
• Conduct a variety of special studies; prepare and present various analyses, statistical compilations, and reports to City staff, City Council, or the public.
• Assist in the management of the City’s capital financing programs, including debt issuance.
• Facilitate development and implementation of improved processes and standard procedures.
• Participate in the development and implementation of Department goals, policies, and priorities.
• Assist in operational administration of risk management activities as assigned.
