THE POSITION:
Under the direction of the Pool Manager, the Assistant Pool Manager is responsible for assigned aquatic program areas, and acts as Pool Manager during the Pool Manager’s absence. THE POSITION
Under direct supervision of the Pool Supervisor, The Lifeguard has the responsibility to enforce the safety standards, rules, and regulations of the City’s Pool program; to rescue swimmers in distress and administer First Aid and CPR when it is needed; This position includes ensuring the safety of all pool patrons, be alert of all activities in and around the pool while on duty and to assist with general maintenance and cleanup activities and performs related work as required. Under the direction of an assigned supervisor/coordinator, the Senior Recreation Leader is responsible for implementing programs at a given site, including administering program curriculum and supervising program staff. Project Manager – Watershed Planning (20455366)
The Watershed Planning Project Manager (Class: Project Analyst II or Project Analyst III) will manage projects related to urban river restoration, public access, and open space conservation, master planning, and park development, including design and construction of new park amenities, creation of parkland in urban neighborhoods, renovation of infrastructure and buildings, acquisition of land, and planning in a watershed context.
The Restoration Field Specialist II (RFSP II) position performs a wide variety of skilled landscape and maintenance work in the creation and management of habitat restoration sites and the improvement of park visitor use areas at various locations within Ventura and Los Angeles Counties. The RFSP II position reports to, and takes direction from, Restoration Field Supervisors, the Restoration Program Manager, and the Chief of Natural Resources and Planning.
