The Human Resources Director is looking for a highly qualified Human Resources Analyst to assist with the day-to-day operations of department programs to include recruitment and selection, policy development and implementation, classification and compensation, labor relations and risk management.
The actual salary shall be determined by the final candidate’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the starting salary, employees in the Program Performance Auditor II and Program Performance Auditor Senior classifications shall also receive an approximate five percent (5%) ongoing non-pensionable compensation pay.
