The Probation Department employs over 400 staff dedicated to enhancing community safety, reducing crime, and assisting the victims of crime through offender accountability and rehabilitation. As part of this proactive and innovative agency, the Payroll-Personnel Coordinator will provide technical and specialized payroll and other personnel related support.
Under general supervision, assists in the planning and scheduling of custodial maintenance of City buildings; supervises work crews; personally performs a variety of skilled building cleaning maintenance tasks; and performs related work as required.

The County of Yuba is currently recruiting for an Extra– Help Building Maintenance Technician I/II in the Administrative Services Department. This class is flexibly staffed up to the II-level. The Building Maintenance Technician I under close supervision, learns, assists and performs a variety of semi-skilled maintenance, construction and repair work on County facilities as well as learns County and departmental policies and procedures. As experience is gained assignments become more complex and are performed under more general supervision.

Under direct supervision, the Police Officer Trainee attends a Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training (P.O.S.T) approved Police Basic Recruit Academy and successfully completes the academic and physical training required for appointment to the classification of Police Officer Recruit II.
