The Chico Area Recreation and Park District (CARD) is looking for an HR / Payroll Specialist to fill a newly created position. The ideal candidate will have strong people, organizational and time-management skills. Understand the importance of internal and external customer service. Demonstrated success in applying and maintaining HR and payroll policies and procedures, problem solving and communication. In addition, the successful candidate will have a proven track record of accurate payroll processing, possess solid understanding of HR laws as well as wage and hour laws.
