The City of Menlo Park’s Administrative Services Department provides the City’s 278 full time equivalent personnel with finance, human resources, and information technology services. In late 2017, the department spearheaded an effort in conjunction with the City Manager’s Office and a third party consultant to reinvigorate employee engagement efforts. The initiative has progressed over the past several months and the future work effort required to address employee concerns has taken shape.
