Van Driver- Twin Pines Senior & Community Center (20481784)
This position is responsible for driving a City owned vehicle to transport Belmont Residents to and from the Belmont Senior and Community Center. The incumbent may perform other tasks as assigned by Parks & Rec/Senior Center Staff.
Shift:
Tuesday 9am - 1pm

Under direction, the Traffic Control Special Events position directs motorists and controls traffic conditions at special events held in the City of Santa Clara.

The Department:
The Position: This is the non-sworn, trainee-level class in the Police Officer series. Incumbents earn an hourly wage while attending a basic POST certified training academy to obtain the basic skills and fitness level necessary for performance of Police Officer duties. Employment in this classification is contingent upon maintaining enrollment in a POST approved academy for which they are enrolled.
The Urban Forestry Division of the City of Fremont has two paid internships available for immediate hiring. Through a variety of tasks and duties, interns will gain well-rounded, first-hand work experience and observational knowledge in the fields of urban forestry management and municipal administration.

Swim Instructor's Aide (20458528)
SWIM INSTRUCTOR'S AIDE
Under general supervision, the Swim Instructor's Aide assists in teaching swim lessons to persons of all ages. Some evening and weekend hours may be required. Mandatory pre-season in-service training sessions will be held in June.
Pool Manager (20458523)
POOL MANAGER
Under the direct supervision of the Aquatics Supervisor and the Aquatics Coordinator, the Pool Manager provides supervision of pool activities, pool staff, American Red Cross Learn-to-Swim Program, and assigns work schedules to staff. Some evening and weekend hours are required. Training, pre-season preparation and post-season evaluations require additional time. Mandatory pre-season manager training and all staff in-service training sessions will be held prior to the season beginning.
Lifeguard / Instructor's Aide (20458520)
LIFEGUARD / INSTRUCTOR'S AIDE
Under general supervision, the Lifeguard provides a safe environment for all types of aquatic programs. The Lifeguard prevents loss of life or injury to patrons and at all times performs related maintenance duties. Some evening and weekend hours are required. Mandatory pre-season in-service training sessions will be held in June.
