ABOUT THE POSITION
POSITION: The Maintenance Aide will perform routine and repetitive maintenance manual tasks in the areas of building, grounds, streets, parks, and various City facilities; and perform related work as assigned. This position is closely supervised by a full time staff member of the Public Works Maintenance Division.

THE POSITION: The City of Los Banos is seeking an individual to fill the position of Dispatcher in the Police Department. This individual will perform a variety of duties including but not limited to answering emergency and non-emergency radio and telephone communications, dispatching personnel and equipment, searching inmates, conducting checks of entire jail facility and assisting with other jail functions, entering police reports into computer system, and other related duties as assigned.
The City of Patterson’s Public Works Department is seeking to fill (3) three part-time Maintenance Worker I positions and to establish an Eligibility List. Under supervision, to learn to perform a variety of unskilled and semi-skilled manual labor duties involving the repair, maintenance, construction and cleanup of public works facilities, City buildings, streets, water, sewer and storm drains to assist with maintaining City trees and vegetation; and to assist with customer service issues and service requests.
Under general supervision, the Communications Officer, as a member of the Police Department, transmits and receives information over the police and public works radio system; dispatches routine and emergency calls for service; types, records, and files information; handles emergency and non-emergency telephone calls utilizing complex technical aids, such as computer aided dispatch systems (CAD), and performs related work as assigned.
