Under general supervision, the Police Records Assistant performs a variety of general administrative, clerical, and customer service duties involved in the maintenance, processing, and distribution of Police records, including serving as a call-taker and assisting in office support duties; and performs related work as required. The Police Records Assistant receives general supervision from a Sergeant and functional direction from the Police Records Specialist; exercises no direct supervision.
The Menlo Park Fire Protection District seeks an Administrative Assistant to support the training division. The assistant will work with District staff on various projects. The selected candidate must be available to work Monday through Thursday between 7:00am and 5:00pm.
