The Community Services Department is seeking highly energetic, customer service oriented individuals to join its team on a part-time, seasonal basis in the following areas: Teen Center, Day Camp, Parks and Playgrounds. Actual work hours and schedule vary according to program and participant needs, and assigned schedules will include weekends, evenings and/or holidays. SMART is a new commuter rail service serving Marin and Sonoma counties in Northern San Francisco Bay Area. Under direction of the Track Maintenance Supervisor, the Track Maintainer position is responsible for railroad track inspections, maintenance and repair. This position will be responsible for the inspection, testing and diagnostic analysis of SMART’s track. This position will operate equipment, including on-track equipment and vehicles necessary for track maintenance, repair and other rail support activities.
