$25.41 - $32.44 PER HOUR - 40 hours per week

The City is currently seeking an Associate or Senior Civil Engineer (based on experience and qualifications) who will perform advanced technical and professional engineering tasks. Areas of assignment will include: budget preparation and analysis, project planning, analysis, design, management and administration; plan checking, special studies and report preparation for various public works and utility construction projects, write and administer development agreements, perform complex calculations, and administer construction and professional service contracts.
The City is seeking a highly motivated, self-starter who is skilled at managing capital programs. The ideal candidate will have solid experience managing complex design and construction projects as well as negotiating and managing contracts. Experience creating and managing scopes, schedules, and budgets is highly desired. Candidates should have a proven track record completing public programs/projects on time and within budget.
SALARY: $6143.73 to $8644.84 monthly (26 pay periods annually)
