The position is part-time, approximately 20 hours/week (maximum of 960 hours per fiscal year), and non-benefitted. Receives direction and guidance from staff. The City of San José is recruiting for an Enterprise Infrastructure Technical Manager (Enterprise Supervising Technology Analyst) in the Information Technology Department. As a technical manager, this position will be responsible for overseeing infrastructure service and day to day operations.
GIS Services under the Capital Facilities Development Division of PRNS provides decision support throughout the department and manages the City’s inventory of parks, trails, and recreational facilities. The Department’s GIS program is growing and will soon empower teams throughout PRNS with web-based applications, mobile data collection tools, and integrated business intelligence. PRNS aspires to better serve the San José Community with smart place-based solutions and information sharing using new ESRI tools like Story Maps, ArcGIS Online, and Operations Dashboards.
