This position is responsible for performing a wide variety of tasks to maintain the City’s infrastructure including streets, sidewalks, drainage facilities, forest, beach, parks, buildings, and facilities.
The Public Works Department for the City of Carmel-by-the-Sea seeks a highly-motivated, service-oriented team member for the full-time role of Tree Care Specialist. The selected candidate will perform routine and semi-skilled tree care duties including planting, watering, trimming, pruning, and removing trees and stumps in addition to completing a variety of forestry, parks, and beach maintenance duties.
