Description
The City of Redwood City invites applications for Tree Maintenance Worker I/II.
THE POSITION
The current opening is in the Street Tree Maintenance section of the Public Works Services department and provides an excellent opportunity for growth in the field of Right-of-Way maintenance. The Tree Maintenance Worker I/II is expected to perform a variety of semi-skilled work involving trimming, removal, installation and general maintenance of trees.

THE POSITION:
Under the direction of the Pool Manager, the Assistant Pool Manager is responsible for assigned aquatic program areas, and acts as Pool Manager during the Pool Manager’s absence. The Assistant Manager assists in the direction and supervision of the staff and programs at the facility. This is an at-will, intermittent, part-time, hourly position. Work a flexible work schedule, which may include evening, weekdays, weekends and holidays
DEFINITION: Under general supervision, performs a variety of preventative maintenance, repairs, and installation of water pollution control plant, sewage pumping facilities, and equipment; maintains accurate maintenance records; orders and maintains an inventory of supplies, parts, and other frequently used items; and performs related duties as assigned.
DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS
The City of Brisbane is currently recruiting certified Lifeguards for our beautiful year-round outdoor aquatic facility. Lifeguards patrol and watch the activities in and around the community swimming pool, enforce regulations to prevent accidents, and rescue swimmers in distress. QUALIFICATIONS:
Under direct supervision of the Pool Supervisor, The Lifeguard has the responsibility to enforce the safety standards, rules, and regulations of the City’s Pool program; to rescue swimmers in distress and administer First Aid and CPR when it is needed; This position includes ensuring the safety of all pool patrons, be alert of all activities in and around the pool while on duty and to assist with general maintenance and cleanup activities and performs related work as required. Work is performed in a swimming facility environment, with frequent contact with City staff and the public. Multi
