ABOUT THE POSITION
Under general supervision, performs physical on-site observation, inspection, and documentation of public works and public right of way construction projects to ensure safety and compliance with codes and regulations, specifications and plans, and public policy and program requirements. Investigates and responds to complaints and enforces municipal code provisions.
The Community Energy Department is seeking to fill one (1) Senior Budget Analyst position in the Budget and Financial Management Division. This position reports to the Division Manager and will work closely with the City Manager’s Budget Office.
The Community Energy Department is seeking to fill one (1) full-time Senior Power Resources Specialist position for the Regulatory and Legislative Compliance Division. This position reports directly to the Division Manager of Regulatory and Legislative Policy and will provide technical analysis, assess the potential business impacts to SJCE from proposed regulatory changes, and provide expert public representation.
