The Recreation Supervisor will provide general administrative oversight and management of the Older Adult/Senior Services Unit and the Senior Nutrition Program. This position is also responsible for the department’s strategic efforts to improve the quality of life for older adults, including establishing and maintaining partnerships and supporting key policy development.

The County of Yuba is recruiting to fill a Building Maintenance Custodian-Extra Help position. The Building Maintenance Custodian will perform duties that include maintaining cleanliness of County buildings and the adjacent grounds, including collecting trash inside and outside of buildings, clean and line waste receptacles; dispose of trash and recyclables. At this time, the working schedule will be approximately be 15-20 hours per week. The work weeks are Monday through Friday consisting of evening shifts from approximately 5:00-8:00 p.m.

The County of Yuba is currently recruiting for the position of Eligibility Technician I/II in the Health and Human Services Department. Currently, there are three vacancies. Under immediate supervision incumbents learn and perform a variety of duties related to multi-program eligibility determination. As experience is gained, assignments become more complex and are performed under general supervision. The Eligibility Technician I is distinguished from the II level by the performance of less than the full range of duties assigned to the II level.
