The City of Chowchilla is seeking a Water System Worker I and II to assist in the operation and maintenance of the City’s water distribution system, including pumps, mains, chlorinators, meters, and other equipment; and do related work as required on an assigned shift, under general supervision of the Utilities Systems Supervisor and/or Director of Public Works.
Up to $20/hour, depending on experience
32-40 hours/week, Monday through Friday, possibly some weekends
Under supervision, the Seasonal Groundsworker performs semi-skilled and skilled tasks in general grounds maintenance and related work as assigned. The incumbent typically works on a team but occasionally may be assigned to perform tasks independently.

The City of Menlo Park is seeking applicants for temporary positions in the Public Works Maintenance Division. Individuals may be assigned to work in Streets, Parks, Trees, Water or Facilities depending on their experience. Temporary employees will operate and maintain a variety of maintenance equipment, including dump trucks, stump grinders, aerial lifts, lawn mowers, backhoes, jack hammers, edgers, hedge trimmers, concrete saws, chain saws and hand tools. Temporary employees will foster positive and effective working relationships and must be able understand and follow instructions.
