Under direction, plans, organizes, and implements Neighborhood Services programs; plans and implements strategic outreach and community engagement efforts to increase awareness of City, community and social services systems to enhance access to information and services available; and performs related work as required. The Neighborhood Services Program Leader is a part-time, Hourly, non-benefited position which typically works approximately 15 hours per week.
Under general direction of the Senior Engineer, Capital Improvement Program Manager and/or Public Works Director/City Engineer, performs professional engineering work related to the planning, design, construction, renovation, and maintenance of City projects and programs in the areas of development, capital improvement, traffic operations and safety, wastewater, storm water, pavement, and building services.

A Dispatcher I is a civilian employee of the Police Department who performs a variety of tasks in the Department’s Support Services Division. The Dispatcher I receives incoming calls for police assistance and response; acts as a primary Dispatcher when appropriate; performs a variety of general support duties related to police communications; completes a wide variety of general clerical duties.
