The City of Thousand Oaks is currently accepting applications to fill several part-time, hourly positions in the Library Services Department. The position will require working at both the Grant R. Brimhall and Newbury Park Branch locations.
Library Pages are typically scheduled to work 15-18 hours per week, which can include morning, evening or weekend hours.

Instruct children and adults (primarily 5-12 years of age) in beginning to intermediate sports camps or programs, such as Badminton, Basketball, Baseball, Cricket, Football, Softball, Soccer, Tennis, etc. Class content should provide basic and/or more advanced game mechanics, strategies, and the rules of sports, depending on the student level of skill. Class must emphasize the importance of good sportsmanship and team play. The goal is to have fun and develop a skill.

Schedule
Monday - Friday
10:00am - 2:00pm
12:30am - 4:30pm
1:00pm - 5:00pm
Requirements:
- Must possess a minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education Units
(Child Development Principles, Curriculum and Child/Family/Community)
-Must successfully pass TB Test, physical and fingerprinting
The After School Instructor will plan, prepare, and instruct recreation activities (Instructor Aides will assist). Activities may include art, cooking, dance, STEM activities and other program areas. Programs are designed for children ages 6-12 years of age (school grades 2nd to 6th). Job site placement: Brier, Cabrillo, or Grimmer Elementary.

Program End Date: Monday, June 6, 2022
Instructor Aide Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 2:30pm-6pm. Wednesday: 2pm-6pm.
