The City is currently seeking a Senior Electric Engineering Technician who will be responsible for performing a wide range of sub-professional engineering and administrative duties including: planning, engineering design, project review, budgeting and management, labor and material estimates and complex phases of construction cost estimating. The incumbent has lead responsibility in planning, design and review of special and major development projects and has responsibility for the development and implementation of design and construction standards.

The City is currently recruiting for an Assistant Engineer or an Associate Engineer. The Level at which an individual is hired is dependent on their qualifications and relevant work experience. We have one full-time, temporary, Field Pipeline Locator internship within the District in the Records Department of the Environmental & Engineering Services Division. Intern Assignments are for a 40 hour week. Duration of this assignment is expected to up to five (5) months, but can be terminated at any time. Positions operate out of MMWD’s Corte Madera location.

Senior Engineer annual salary range is $109,283.20 - $138,236.80
This FLSA-exempt position will perform professional and technical engineering work primarily in wastewater management and in other assigned area of responsibility including design, land development, construction, traffic, or environmental engineering.
