Tri-City is currently looking to fill one (1) vacancy for a full time Office Assistant position, within our Medical Records/ Front Office Department. The Office Assistant position is for experienced clerical staff who will provide a variety of clerical and administrative program support duties within a behavioral health clinical setting.
This position will perform the following essential duties, including, but not limited to:
Construction Secretary (20466533)
The Construction Secretary will assist the Chief of Construction, Construction Services Manager and the Construction Project Analyst with administrative tasks within the division.
SPECIAL PAY INCENTIVES:
- Paramedic Pay: 5% Incentive Pay. Plus, the EMT/Paramedic Pay Pilot Program that runs through 6/30/2025 provides Paramedics with an additional 5% incentive pay.
- Longevity Pay: 3% after 5 continuous years of service; 3% after 10 continuous years of service (total of 6%)
- Holiday Pay: 2% per pay period in lieu of observing time off for legal holidays.

THE POSITION
The Position
The Solid Waste Manager reports directly to the Environmental Services Manager and is responsible for the administration of multiple integrated waste management contracts and programs within the Environmental Services Division. This position supervises a team of technical staff who execute various integrated solid waste management activities and may serve as the division head in the absence of the Environmental Services Manager.
FIREFIGHTER-PARAMEDIC (LATERAL)
Annual Salary: $119,205 - $130,211
(Additional incentive pays up to 7.5% above base salary plus $200 per month Bi-lingual pay)
