Training days will vary and start in May. The pools are open May - September, 2018. Pool hours are 7:30am-9:30pm. Staff must be available for all training. Mandatory training days will be held between May 21st - June 8th, 2018.
The County of Yuba is recruiting for the position of Physical Therapist in the Health & Human Services Department. This stand-alone medical professional classification reports directly to the County's Health Officer. The CCS Physical Therapist performs physical therapy in a Medical Therapy Unit for the California Children's Services Program for physically disabled children and adolescents. The incumbent will work directly from a physician's prescription, which frequently allows considerable latitude in methods of treatment.
Under the general direction of a Shift Captain, a Resident Volunteer Firefighter may be required to effectively perform duties involving the protection of life and property from fire and other emergencies, while assigned to an engine; maintain station, inspect, test and maintain equipment and fire apparatus; conduct training during shifts, maintain reports, and other duties as specified by the Shift Captain.
FACILITY ATTENDANT I
Under the general guidance and direction of the Facility Coordinator and/or the Facility Attendant II, the Facility Attendant I performs maintenance and customer service tasks. Required to provide a high level of customer service; provide set-up for events, monitor events, close and secure facilities after events; ensure facility custodial and maintenance tasks are performed during and after events; and other assigned duties.
