The Administration Senior Executive Analyst (SEA) reports to the City Manager’s Chief of Staff. This SEA is responsible for the administrative functions of the City Manager’s Office including but not limited to the management of an annual General Fund operating budget of more than $20 million, benchmarking performance and expenditures. The SEA oversees procurement, billing and payables for the City Manager’s Office(CMO).

DEFINITION: The Cadet Program is designed to introduce recent high school graduates (ages 18 to 24) to a law enforcement career and to prepare them for entry into the Police Academy.
