Description

Seeking (2) enthusiastic , motivated individuals who enjoy working with preschool- age children. The preschool instructor will plan and implement a comprehensive recreational and educational program to include arts and crafts, creative play, circle time activities and music and movement for children 3-5 years old. The instructions will have daily and on-going communications with parents. 

 

Qualifications: Two years prior experience working with 3-5 year old children required. Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Tech savvy, 12 units of California driver's license, proof of negative TB test with the past year, and certificate of California Mandated Reporter Training (4 Hr course from www.mandatedreporterca.com) is required. 

 

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 1:00 pm, with possible Saturday Am class. Work hours are subject to change based on program needs and or Recreation Supervisor direction. Class  located at the Silliman Activity & Family Aquatic Center.

Selection Process: Based on a review of qualifications and experiences, those applicants determined to be the most qualified will be invited to the Oral Interview and Skills Demonstration.
