1. Valid California Driver's License and satisfactory driving record. (Attach DMV Printout obtained from an official California DMV Office - www.DMV.ca.gov). The online Driver Record is not an official document, but the City will accept either this or an official copy. Although the DMV office is probably closed due to the Covid-19 situation, DMV records can still be obtained on-line.
2. Copy of your Grade D2 Water Distribution Operator Certificate.
3. Copy of your Grade T2 Water Treatment Operator Certificate issued by CA State Water Resources Control Board, under the Drinking Water Operator Certification Program.
4. DD214 (if applicable).
