Marriage & Family Therapist I and/or Clinical Social Worker I The Therapist will initiate and conduct individual, family and group counseling/psychotherapy sessions; provide crisis intervention to mentally ill/emotionally disable individuals, groups and families, as well as case management services on or off-site. They must meet with clients for regular therapeutic interviews, guide clients in understanding their illness and contributing personal, social and economic factors. The Therapist will assist clients in developing realistic plans and advice clients on community resources. They must maintain records of all activities relating to clients’ care and must adhere to 70% billing compliancy.
REQUIRED: Must have at least a Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work and/or Counseling; Must be at least BBS Registered. Must be Bilingual in Spanish. PREFERRED: At least 3 years’ experience in the Mental Health Field; Proficient in Microsoft Word and Welligent (Electronic Health Records); ; Experience with Child population is preferred. Must be able to follow directives and work in a team environment.
