FACILITY MAINTENANCE WORKER - INTERN

Part-time

 

 


POSITION
To perform a variety of tasks in the maintenance of City-owned buildings, equipment and facilities.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
A primary function of this position is janitorial services. Will include set up and clean up of special events. Prepare
simple activity and related reports; maintain inventory and work records as required. Perform other facility
maintenance duties as assigned. Work cooperatively with others. Regular and consistent attendance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Previous maintenance experience preferred.
SALARY
$14.00 - $16.00 per hour based on education and experience.
HOURS
16-20 hours per week in the afternoons and evenings. Will include some weekend hours.

Experience: Six (6) months of work experience in carpentry, electrical and maintenance work is desirable.

 

SALARY

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour based on education and experience.
