Currently the Dispatch Center has three shifts: Day Shift: 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Swing Shift: 12:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. Night Shift: 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. Dispatching often requires working irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Please describe your approach to managing the challenges associated with shift work. Include any strategies or experiences you’ve had that have prepared you for this type of schedule. 7.
